What type of legal service do I need? I'm not legally married, have 4 children and a home that's in bankruptcy. What do I need to do legally to get out of my relationship?

it sounds like you and your 4 children are living with someone and you are trying to extricate yourself from him. there are some blanks that need to be filled out like is he the father?, who owns the house? however you will be safe to contact a domestic relations lawyer. good luck.
