Type Your Question Here... after court order visitation to the father mother having concerns and issues on the visitations do to dad drilling kid for Info kid is falling into a depression going to court in a week what can happen if we do not let the child go on his visitation

Mother can be held in contempt if she denies Father visitation. Father should be grilling the child, but that is not a basis for denying visitation.. Frankly kids get depressed in a divorce. Therapy for the child, if not the whole family, is appropriate. Parents should do everything to eliminate friction in front of the child(ren).
