I'm currently 4 months pregnant the man whose child I'm pregnant with has lived with me for less than a year he walks in my life and right back out . He doesn't have a stable home or steady income . He has told me that if I choose to do a adoption or terminate the pregnancy that he has a right to stop me from doing either of the two . What are my legal rights we are not married and have no other children together he threatens that he will fight me tooth and nail could someone please tell me what my legal rights are what if I choose to keep the child ?? He says he doesnt have to pay child support either

What?!?!
First, a woman is the only person that has a say in what she does with her unborn child. Period. Second, if the woman chooses to have the baby, the man will have to pay support until the baby is 18 or he will lose his drivers license, have the support taken out of his paycheck automatically, and basically have the court hound him for 18 years.
I am hoping this is a serious question, and not someone wasting the time of attorneys on this site.
