Uncontested divorce in Illinois

I am trying to file a divorce after an 8 month marriage. Is there anyway I can get it annuled? or do I have to file an uncontested divorce instead? How can I do this?

An annulment has to be filed within 90 days after the date of marriage, unless there is some kind of fraud by your spouse that induced you to marry. You will have to file for divorce if you don't meet those requirements.Please call for a free consultation.
