how can i get uncontested divorce if my spouse lives in different state and he can not come to the court?

An uncontested divorce occurs when 1) The court has jurisdiction over the parties, 2) The defendant (Respondent here in Illinois) has been served, 3) the prove-up occurs w/o the respondent present (due to default) - or if he is present, he does not contest the terms of the judgment you're asking the court to enter.
