Unfair judge

Judge made a statement before they even went to trail that he wae getting 50/50 and nothing will make a differtance what we took to court

I doubt the judge said it exactly like that, but there are many presumptions, and judges can give preliminary thoughts as to how he will likely rule on issues. This lets both sides know what to settle on to avoid a trial.
