If an unmarried woman, who is not seeking child support, refuses a paternity test be ordered by a court to grant one to a man she has not claimed to be the father by his request? Even if another man has signed the birth certificate and voluntary acknowledgement of paternity?

The court can compel you to take a paternity test under the parentage act.
