Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

(UPDATED QUESTION) While my daughter was visiting NCP over the summer NCP took her to the emergency room due to my daughters vomiting. I am now getting bills from the hospital and doctors, nothing is stated in the court document regarding medical expenses, insurance coverage or who is responsible for what. I was awarded sole custody during a parentage case, NCP pays no child support.

I fell that if NCP took daughter to hospital while in their care it is up to them to pay the bill, am I right?

I would never take my daughter to the hospital that NCP took her to.

Can I get the bill changed and sent to NCP as I had never been to that hospital nor have I ever authorized the medical procedure?

As sole custodian the bill is yours unless the documents say differently.
