Vacation Time

Are vacation days considered a 24 hour period, or do they fall into the same time frame as a holiday, which the day ends at 6pm?

Re: Vacation Time

There is no state law concerning such matters. This sounds like a matter which would be controlled by company policy. Although company policies can be considered part of an enforceable employment relation, Im fairly confidant the company has reserved the right to change its policy without notice (provided only you do not lose any vested rights).
