Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If a veteran has other income outside of his VA disability compensation, can the VA comp still be hit for child support even if he already has an amount he already pays from his other source of income? Specifically in ILLINOIS.

Support is calculated on income from all sources. That would include disability payments.
