my ex has violated our parent agreement and I would like to know what I need to do?

Hello. This is a very serious matter and I understand how frustrated you are. You should immediately file a motion for a rule to show cause why your ex spouse should not be held in contempt of court for violating the terms of the parenting agreement. This is the best way to obtain relief. I suggests that you retain a lawyer to represent you.
