Violation of visitation

I have been experiencing repeated violations with my x along with her taking an extended vacation for 22 days that violates our martial settlement agreement 3 times. I have went to the police and filed the police orders but how do i go about the court process in filing paperwork?

I'm assuming you mean she takes long vacations with the kids. Well, the first thing is you need to find a family lawyer and have them file a Petition for Rule to Show Cause. Or perhaps a Motion to enforce judgment. Or in some cases a Petition to modify child custody. Depends on the situation.
