Visitation of Granddaughter

I have court ordered visitation of my grandaughter andmy son is not going by the court order. Can he do that? Also he is threatening to terminate my visitation rights with her, can he do that? What s the law for Grandparents in Il reguarding visitation with grand children? Thank you

he has to follow a court order, but his right to parent the child will usually overcome your right to see the child. He still has to modify the court order. He cannot "self help"
