Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

take away visitation

my husband has sole custody of his 15 yr old daughter. Her mother has visitation set up in court. 3 weeks ago, his daughter came back from her 2 week vacation visit pregnant. In all the discussions many things came to light about how unsupervised the mothers home is and drinking and drug use there. At what point can my husband take away her visits?

Re: take away visitation

Your husband can't take away visitation. He must go to court and make these allegations. Then he must ask for supervised visitation here in Illinois. He needs a court order. Good luck.
