Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

visitation with ncp who has multiple warrents for arrest

My son is the custodial parent of two daughters, aged 4 and 5. Their mother (who refuses to pay court ordered child support) has visitation rights every other weekend. Is it in their best interest to allow them to go for the visitations knowing that she is hiding from law. She makes them stay inside the entire time because she is afraid of being arrested if she gets out of the house.

What is she afraid of being arrest for? If it is a crime, there is a good argument that it is not in the child's interest.
