Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Visitation

If the non-custodial parent has not seen the minor child in 4 1/2 year. How can he get a federal and state income tax. When the IRS is conducting an investigation on the non-custodial parent. The IRS been investigating since July 2006 of this year. The judge over him to have federal and state income tax and I told the judge that the IRS is doing the investigation, she cared less about what I was saying. I complained the judicial inquiry board, how the judge has been treating me very badly and being disrepectful, and the judicial inquiry baord cared less about my feelings and complaints. I did not have the right to know where the non-custodial reside at and I can not know his phone number and cell number too. He can take my daughter anywhere he choose, and I have no right to say anything.

Please Help!

Re: Visitation

Hello. This is a very serious matter. If you

have been going to court without a lawyer, you

need a lawyer. You need to file a motion for

reconsideration in that courtroom within 30 days

of the court's denial of your request. If you

did not make a motion in writing, you should do

so as soon as possible and bring a courtreporter

to the courtroom. This can make a difference.

Will be happy to answer any additional questions

you may have.
