Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Hello, I currently have a visitation order in place. The order is for every other weekend from Friday 7PM to Sunday 7PM. I have never missed one visition period since the order went into effect. In fact I have taken extra weekends that are not on the schedule. Today I had an employement status hearing, after the hearing, the childs mother and I had a conversation that when badly fast. She did not like what my intentions were in regards to making changes to the support end of the parentage agreement and she began to scream and yell and stormed off. This was my weekend to take the child and since she stormed off and communication was not possible due to her additude, I left the court house without my son and when home. Can I get in trouble for missing one weekend?

Why are you missing one weekend. your visitation does not start until 7 pm. You should not have had the kid at the courthouse in the first place. And no, one weekend missed should not get you into trouble
