visitation under protection order
i have an order of protection against my ex husband and my three kids are on my order and he is constiantley taking me to courts for visitaions and they are been granted to him and he has not one time visited my children i feel he is using and abusing the courts for another form of harrasment he is mentaly unstable controling has a bad anger problem and he is not complying to the courts order i know that he do not have intrest in my children its just a form of harrasment and power control that he wants and its not just affecting my kids but me also and it is taken a toll on me and i wants in the best intrest of my children i am crying out for help he was granted supervised vist for three months recentley and after he prove his self with the courts with the kids he gets unsupervised visits and hes is going to act one way in front of some body elese but with the tempor that he has i know it is not going to be good to have theme by there selfs it is to many man like him is killing these babys and i am crying ouy for help now befor its to late cause i know alot of mothers dont have that oppurinty to

Well, at the risk of sounding insensitive, you chose to keep having kids with this person, and now you are stuck with his behavior to some extent until the children are 18. When you choose to have children with someone, you are committing yourself to an 18 year legal relationship that does not end with divorce.
