visitation rights

My son had a baby with a 15 year old girl, her mom won't let me see my grandson is there anything i can do?

While there is a law providing grandparents with visitation rights in Illinois, it has yet to be determined constitutional (as the previous law was determined unconstitutional), however, if your son hasn't had the opportunity to have visitation with the child, you can easily get visitation with the child by having your son obtain visitation. This can be done through a paternity suit. You should contact a local family law attorney to help you with this.

Well, the 15 year old has a right to see the child and when he has the child, you can see him/her at that time.
