visitation rights

my unmarried son pays child support but mother will not allow him to see child i can see her if i deny my son access to his own home.can not afford an attorney went bankrupt after hiring the world famous attorney for fathers rights, help please

You have to go back into court to assert his rights and force mom to allow visitation. There is not other way about it.
