Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

visitation

My son's father and I have joint custody. He has physical custody. He's refusing to let me have my son for the time I'm suppose to have him. What do I do or need to enforce the judgement?

Re: visitation

Hello. You should immediately file a petition

for a rule to show cause as to why dad should not

be held in contempt of court for violating the

terms of the visitation order. An attempt to

alienate a child from a parent is a very serious

matter and should not be tolerated. Dad's behavior is against your son's best interest!
