visitation

My ex wife has sole custody of the our two children with i having visitation avery other weekend. i have recently moved to another town and have fallen behind in child support due to the change of jobs. i have started to pay her back the balance but as of last weekend she denied me visitation until i pay the whole balance in full. how do i go about getting to see my children?

Re: visitation

The court treats the issues as separate. She cnnot deny visits because of support arrears. You can petition the court to enforce the visits. The will probably ask the court to enforce the support. I think you should go ahead and file a petition to enforce the visits. As long as you did not stop paying to be a jerk you will be okay. I can help.
