Visitation

Can visitation be withheld when behind on child support? I am off work right now and my ex knows that. Called me and said she was going to NOT let my daughter come over, till she gets a check. I have joint custody- 50/50

No, withholding visitation when support isn't being paid is not a legal remedy if you are behind on support. You can go to court to enforce visitation whether you are current on support or not.
