visitationw/o custody agreement

I have two children and am tired of going back and forth with their mother can i get a visitation agreement before a custody agreement is made I figured this is the cheapest of the two can you tell me how much it costs as well as far as filing goes

A visitation agreement usually is made when a child support agreement is made long before custody is decided. Ask your lawyer to get one for you. If you don't have a lawyer, please call foe a free consultation.
