Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Voluntary Paternity Acknowledgement
Signed one then found out 2 months later it wasn't my child thru DNA test. We took another test to confirm it. What do I do now? Can I get off the V.P.A.?

You need to attack the VAP immediately through court. As things stand you're the legal father subject to having to pay child support. Biological father doesn't matter, you're the legal father. What does the mother say? Can anything be done ammicably? If not you need to get to court or the mother has every right to come after you for financial support.
