im wanting to know if i can keep my ex-wife from moving my daughter to Missouri. we've lived in Illinois for over 2 years now. we got divorced in Tennessee.

Depending on the divorce decree, if this significantly interferes with your visitation rights, you may be able to go to court for some relief. Not enough facts to say, however.

If you were divorced in Tennessee and the judgment was not enrolled here, you need to talk to a Tennessee lawyer. Illinois law does not apply.
