im wanting to know if i can keep my ex-wife from moving my daughter to Missouri. we've lived in Illinois for over 2 years now. we got divorced in Tennessee. we have joint custody but she is the custodial parent.

If the Tennessee judgment was never registered in Illinois, Illinois law does not apply to the judgment. Ask a Tennessee lawyer
