wedding ring

i have been only married for 4 weeks. need to divorce. how do i get the wedding/engagment ring back.

Hello. Since your marriage has been

so short, I suggests getting your marriage annulled if your spouse made a representation that you relied on and that you have now determined is not true. As to the wedding ring, a court of law will be your only avenue for relief, in my opinion. Will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.
