wife abandoned husband and kids

What legal action can a husband take

against his wife if he has no idea where

she is? She has abandoned the family

and is causing financial problems.

Hello. I suggests that you file for

divorce or legal separation. Your

wife can be served via publication.

The contents of your petition and summons would be published in a legal paper. In theory your wife would have constructive service. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
