My ex wife agreed to pay off two accounts that are in my name when we settled are divorce. She was ordered by the Judge to do. My lawyer passed away when we filing for contempt. She has not paid a single dime towards these acount and it has been three years, Can I take her to small claims court

The proper procedure is to filed a rule to show cause. The fact the attorney passed away doesn't destroy your rights - but the action should be brought through the underlying divorce case.
