Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My wife and I bought a house a few years ago. She wrote a post nuptial agreement that she wrote herself saying she would get 75% of the house, & I would get 25% of the house. I did not sign it, but she forged my signature on it. Isn't when you buy property together, it should be 50/50? Isn't property considered a gift, when you buy it together, & both spouses are on the mortgage together?
