Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My wife & I are getting a divorce. We have been married 14 years . she has not had an outside job in almost 6 years. We have a lot of debt with loans, cc's, & mortgage. Is she partly responsible for the debt in the divorce? We have 2 vehicles that are paid for but the 1 she took is worth $3000 more than mine. What is her responsibility in the debt? Does her name have to be on the accounts?

Practically, if your wife is not working, you are going to have to pay the bills.However the division of whatever marital property should be effected by you assuming that obligation
