my wife and i divorced on jan-21-2011 we now have reconciled due to religious beliefs can we file a motion to have the divorce vacated without getting remarried?

It is very difficult to vacate an order after 30 days. The grounds stated in your submission are not sufficient to warrant an order vacating the decree. It is my opinion that you will need to remarry.
