Wife has filed legal separation and collects my rental income without my permission . How do i stop her ?

Why is it your rental income? A court dealing with a legal separation has no power over property. you must file a counter-complaint for dissolution and seek relief or file an action in chancery seeking equitable relief. But first you have to establish why it is your rental income. If it is owned jointly, she has a right to receive it. what you need is an order that she may the mortgage
