can my wife give me gardingship of my stepkids in her will she the one who has sole custey but there are two differt father involed

Her designation does not override the father's presumptive right to custody. If the dad's do nothing at the time her your wife's death, (and they are entitled to notice of your request) then you can obtain custody.
