Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex wife had my 3 kids living in Arizona with her, but the courts said I had cutody. I moved to Illinois after she kidnapped them from me and I couldnt get them back. Now child protective services from Arizona have my children and I want them back. What do I need to do in order to get them either back to me in Illinois or if I need to go to arizona to get them? Please help
