if my wife moved to georgia with our three kids and i live in illinois do i have to go to georgia to fight for custody?

If you are still married and she moved there and she has lived there six months, yes you have to go there. If she just moved there, i.e. a few weeks ago, if you act immediately, then IL would still have jurisdiction The longer you wait the less chance that IL will have jurisdiction, but after six months, you have to go to GA.
