Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My wife took my 4mths kid to india in Mar 2013 .She is reluctant to come back and put a false case on me in Inida.
She is not showing my kid to me and even she is not giving kid to me for few days also.
How can i get my kid to USA.

You have waited too long to do anything. India is now the proper jurisdiction to litigate the custody of your children. It has been 18 months. Only if you had no idea where she was might you have a chance to litigate here. Otherwise, you must fight the battle there.
