A party can seek maintenance )formerly known as alimony) from the other party. It is an income dependant issue. By that I mean, it depends on how much disability you are receiving, whether the disbaility income is taxable income, how much income she is receiving, and what your respective expenses are. If you are still living in the same residence try to make sure what she uis refusing to pay is in her name.
