Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my wife and are going to separate in a month, a non legal separation. we may be agreeing to divide the week regarding visitation for our two sons. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday nites for my wife and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nite for me. Am I able to enter a Joint Parenting Agreement indicating the days we agree on?

You need to start a case in court, otherwise how are you going to file the JPA? Once you start a divorce or legal separation proceeding, you can file the JPA.
