Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My wife and I are separated and i have not been at home for months i have no where to live an am wondering if she can legal keep me out of a home that is paid for and titled in both of our names

Unless she has a court order which grants her exclusive possession of the home, you have an equal right to live there.
