Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My wife & I are seperated. We are heading for a divorce . I found out she is having an affair. We have a 10 year old & a 5 year old. I have a suspicion that she may be thinking about taking my youngest son around her new boyfriend. Can she do this?

Unless you file a divorce, yes. Once you file a judge may restrict his access to your kids.
