Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My wife & I are seperated & getting ready to file for divorce . She is having an affair & is taking my children out of state for 4 days . She would not tell me where they was going, but my children told me. I didn't press them for information they just gave it to me. Is she allowed to take my children out of state without my permission with her new boyfriend? We have only been seperated for 2 months.

She can unless you rush to court and get an order preventing the children from leaving the state. Time is of the essence
