Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Me and my wife was seperated for 2 years she ask could she move in with me because she was having financial trouble she say she needed about 6 months to get her life in order. While we was apart there was a court order for child support for our 2 kids. now that her 6 months has expired she refuse to leave she is living with me not paying any bills and collecting child support from me i called the police after we have a big argument and they told me that it in illinois you cant put your spouse what should i do

When she moved in you should have filed a motion to stop the support. As you are now living together you can not simply force her to leave. If three is a pending divorce only a divorce court can order her out, and they are not likely to do so based upon the facts you have given us. You need to resolve the divorce which should include a provision where she must get out.
