Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My wife and I are seperated.She withdrew all $9000 of income tax refund from our account with out my knowledge.Is there anything I can do to get even a portion of it returned?

Half of that refund is yours, and the court should order her to give it back. This will almost certainly require a fight however.
