I am having my wife served her divorce papers. If she does not accept the papers is she still considered served? She does not want the divorce and she said when they come she will not answer the door or accecpt the papers.

Ir is not her choice to "accept" the papers. All she does is have to be handed the papers. If she ever leaves the house, she can be served, or if you live together you can let the process server into the house. You may have to use a special process server, but unless she is a total recluse, she can be served.
