Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My wife is a smoker. I quit smoking 3yrs into our marriage. Weve been married for 18 yrs. Now in process of filing for divorce. For most of our marriage she has been riding me about purchasing a motorcycle, boat, snowmobiles while she continues with her costly habit. I explain to her that I dont have a $240.00 a month habit that benefits no one. Since now we are dividing assets and putting a dollar figure on their worth, she is entitiled to half the equity of these vehicles. My question is do I have any grounds for stating this issue in court or for that matter using this as a bargaining tool ? Or will the Judge just dismiss it as too bad on my behalf ? There are children involved.. Divorce is in McHenry co, Illinois. Please let me know .. Thank You.

Your smoking argument is novel and creative but I don't think it has any legal basis.
