Can my ex wife get me workers compensation after 5 years of being divorced

A portion of your workers comp is compensation for wages. If she is entitled to child support, then she may be entitled to a portion of the workers comp. In addition if the claim arose during the marriage and she was awarded a portion in your divorce, then she is entitled to that portion.
