Re: what will happen to a case if it is found to be a conflict of interest?

Hello. A conflict of interest usually pertains

to a divided interest of a lawyer that represents

you. For examples, let's say that I represent a

client in a child custody case, but just before

trial I realize that I represented the opposing

party in a traffic case 5 years earlier. That

is a conflict and I would need to withdraw from

the case. I will be happy to answer any additional questions that you might have.
