Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Ex will be loosing employment at end of May, will be entitled/collecting unemployment copensation. How does that effect the child support I currently receive?

Disregarding the issue of whether he will pay you, unless the order is a percentage order, the amount he owes you does not change. Just because he owes it to you does not mean you will get it. If he stops paying you, seek child support services from the state.
